Please note that the bid price shown is the per ticket price and you are bidding for tickets in increments of two (2). If you win, you will pay the price shown multiplied by 2. For instance, if the final selling price is $1,000.00 per ticket, you will pay $1000.00 x 2 for a total charge of $2,000.00.

Bama Works auction winners will receive passes for the backstage Guest Hospitality Lounge which must be picked up at the venue box office on the evening of the show by presenting a valid photo ID. Complimentary beverages and light fare will be served in the Guest Lounge. Please note that the Hospitality Lounge passes are not transferable. The Hospitality Lounge passes will be held under the name listed on the auction winner’s account.

All proceeds for this auction will benefit the Bama Works Fund. Bama Works Fund was established by Dave Matthews Band to carry out the band's commitment to charitable works, both close to home and worldwide. From the Amazon Rain Forest to community parks, Bama Works has given to numerous non-profit organizations, community programs and charities.

At the close of the auction, winners will receive a confirmation by email letting them know that they have won the Bama Works auction. The seller will also receive notification of the winner(s) for each auction and will charge the Visa, Mastercard or American Express card on file under the winner’s auction account. Auction winners will receive a confirmation email from bamaworkstix@musictoday.com with the ship date once the order has been processed.

The tickets will ship to the shipping address listed on the winner’s auction account approximately ten (10) business days prior to the show date via FedEx 2-day signature-required service. FedEx will make three (3) delivery attempts and should hold the tickts at the local station for up to two (2) business days before returning the tickets to the shipper. If you have not received your tickets two business days prior to the show, please contact customer service at 434-984-6850!

If the tickets are unable to be delivered to the shipping address you provide and are returned to the DMB ticketing office in a timely manner, your tickets will be shipped to the venue and placed at their Will Call location. You will receive an email from bamaworkstix@musictoday confirming that your tickets will be held at the Venue Box Office Will Call.
